All artworks are handcrafted using natural fibres. Please handle them with care.
My pieces are intended as decorative wall art.
To preserve their quality:

Avoid moisture, direct sunlight, and abrasive surfaces.

Gently dust using a feather duster or a dry, soft cloth.

Do not wash, soak, or use cleaning products on your piece.
Each artwork is unique and may show slight irregularities — these are not flaws but a testament to its handmade nature.
REFUND POLICY
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds exclude original shipping and return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom commissions are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. However, you will be involved throughout the creative process, with opportunities to approve sketches, materials, colours, and receive progress updates. Final approval is requested before shipping.
Refunds or repairs will not be issued for damages caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me immediately so we can find a resolution.
